Where the Points and the Card Begin

The balance starts on a Microsoft account that is signed in to Microsoft’s own services. Bing search, the rewards dashboard, the Microsoft browser, the Microsoft store, and some Xbox hubs are the kinds of places Microsoft describes. The rewards catalog, not a fan blog, decides which gifts can be claimed. When a Roblox card is one of those gifts, Microsoft delivers a code by email and also keeps it in the order history of that same account.

The code is not spent inside Microsoft. Roblox support says a Roblox gift card code is entered in a web browser on Roblox’s redeem page. The phone app and a game console are not the place for that step. Availability still depends on the country tied to the Microsoft account, and on whether the card is in stock that day.
